Saint Louis, Missouri to Omaha, Nebraska
This was my first solo, unsupported ride, and my longest ride to date. I followed section one of the the Adventure Cycling Lewis & Clark Trail. At times my ride was extremely challenging because of weather and traffic. At other times, I enjoyed a peaceful, even prayerful, solitude, particularly along the Katy Trail as I rode across Missouri. It was a challenging, but worthwhile ride. Click below to experience the ride through my journals, photographs, and audio clips. I hope you enjoy the ride as much as I did! As always, I appreciate comments or questions. E-mail me at jason@jsignal.com. |
