During the last few years, I've been satisfied with my job. And the city of Bismarck is nice enough. I wouldn't say I am extremely happy here, but I have no real reason to go anywhere else. So here I am.

And I'll probably be here for a while. So why not buy my home instead of handing money over to my landlord every month? I couldn't see a compelling reason to keep on renting. There was the ability to bail out on the whole situation and make a drastic change at a moments notice. Not that I would, but it was somewhat of a comfort knowing I could if the mood struck me.

But that comfort is gone. I'm almost stuck with the title homeowner. Today, an offer I submitted on the pictured condo was accepted. If a home inspector reassures me it's good, I'll be moving in at the end of next month.

So, are you free on the 30th? I could really use a hand moving all this junk.
