A life begins, A life endsFebruary 7, 1999It's been quite a week in my family. Certainly one of mixed blessings. Happy belated birthday to Stormie Jean Tipton. She came into the world about 8 a.m. on February 5th. My step-sister is now a mother with a family, and I am an uncle. Seems hard to believe. I wish Ernie and Shannon the best and hope thier family is happy for years to come. My grandpa's brother, Raymond Signalness, is not so blessed today. Some time yesterday (I believe my mom said yesterday) his wife called 911 because he had fallen. It turned out that Raymond was not hurt when the ambulance arrived, but his wife was having trouble breathing. There were blood clots in her lungs. They moved to her heart. She died. Her name was Deloris "Cooky" Signalness. ~ |
